Kota Kinabalu : The spirit of cooperation and coordination under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) must be empowered to look after the welfare of youths.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman said the cooperation and coordination between the Sabah Youth and Sports Department, Sabah Youth Council (MBS) and all youth organisations at numerous levels must be strengthened to protect and boost the future of the group.
He said this was crucial to ensure youths at the grassroots benefited from programs implemented by the government, especially concerning the development and progress of the group.
"I urge all youths in Sabah to make full use of the facilities and opportunities provided by the government to generate success as they are the future generation who will shape the future of our beloved nation," he said.
"It is important for youths to benefit from the many programs organised by the government, especially concerning progress and development on youths." Musa said this is his speech at an appreciation ceremony for the MBS and dinner at the Dewan Hakka.
Meanwhile, he also commended the Sabah Youth Council for being the voice and platform of the youths in the State in highlighting their desires and aspirations.
